  • Where does the money go? A realistic look at how much it costs to run a branch and why every dollar counts!

  • Comprehending Cash Flow

  • Cost to Serve (Transaction costs associated with processing invoices)

  • Net Income and Net Income as a Percentage of Sales

  • Introducing ‘break-even’ points: the impact that 1% has on profitability +/- at the counter
